Generates 4,000+ right-sizing recommendations with adaptive headroom based on workload variability classification. Python/FastAPI backend, React/TypeScript/Tailwind frontend, three isolated SQLite databases, Terraform IAM at scale, ArgoCD deployment with Workload Identity — zero service account keys.

FinOps Reporting & Budget Platform Case study

Replaced manual spreadsheet reporting with an automated platform pulling live actuals from the Ternary API across 100+ subscriptions, 3 cloud providers, and 16+ solutions. Solution scorecard (A+–D−) graded across five weighted dimensions with asymmetric over-budget penalty, 8-tab insights engine, linear regression forecasting, and fiscal year-native design. React 19, Node.js, dual PostgreSQL, Docker. 129 unit tests.
